Mr. Timothy Brashear earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and Ohio (retired). He is also a registered neutral for the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Brashear has extensive construction claims experience both in the U.S. and internationally. His experience also includes construction claims, project management, construction management, and dispute resolution services, with hands-on field experience, including management of design and construction, contract development/risk assessment, site investigation/clash detection, field design, construction and design risk avoidance, supervision of trade work, process control programming, and project schedule development/analysis. Consulting experience includes claims and forensic delay analysis, claims preparation services, especially as it relates to matters involving delay in startups, forensic delay analysis, scope, cost and liability assessments; claims management training, project/coverage/contract risk assessments, personal injury/property damage and owner/surety project oversight.

Mr. Brashear has over 44 years of experience in construction engineering, design management, construction oversight, claims assessments, performance analysis, and quality management. His experience includes provision of some aspect of the aforesaid services on solar power plants in Argentina and Canada; equipment manufacturing in Germany; floating oil production platforms in Brazil; multiple, residential, high-rise buildings in London; tech center in Scotland; pharmaceutical plants in Puerto Rico; hotels in Grand Cayman and the Bahamas; heavy metal manufacturing plants; light manufacturing facilities; energy and power generation and distribution facilities; process plants, commercial; residential and mix-use buildings; sports and entertainment; institutional; and infrastructure-type projects throughout the U.S.
