BACKGROUND:

Mr. Justin Holland is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology, a special mission affiliate of Pennsylvania State University, with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology. He is a registered professional engineer with over 10 years of experience in the power utility sector and specializes in engineering, design, construction, and project management. He obtained graduate certificates from Villanova University for the successful completion of Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Green Belt programs, which enabled him to expand his project management capability.

Mr. Holland’s engineering expertise includes the analysis and evaluation of pipe hangers, variable and constant spring hangers and supports, pipe support assemblies used in critical piping of power plants, oil refineries, and petrochemical plants; baseplates, embedment plates, and anchor bolts; pipe racks; pre-engineered support structures; and ancillary equipment.

His past experience in designing and managing subsurface utility projects includes gas, water, and aerial/underground power distribution work for the City of Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Mr. Holland performed field investigations to support the overall engineering and design effort for the municipal projects he managed.

Mr. Holland possesses the education, experience, and knowledge to handle all facets of standard forensic investigations in the residential and commercial realms. He possesses a strong reputation for quality work and a high regard for safety on all project phases—from inception to completion.
