BACKGROUND:

Mr. Louis Inendino earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in General Engineering, and he is a registered professional engineer in multiple states. He is also an accredited traffic accident reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR), and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) by the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI).

Mr. Inendino has extensive education, training, and experience in vehicular accident reconstruction, mechanical engineering, vehicle dynamics, failure analysis, and product analysis.  He has performed engineering analyses and inspections in hundreds of cases involving vehicle accident reconstruction and vehicle component failures, including braking, steering, drivetrain, and suspension components.  He has consulted on cases involving the design and manufacture of various consumer products and appliances.  He has investigated fires to passenger and commercial vehicles as well as agricultural and construction equipment.  He has investigated and reconstructed accidents involving several types of forklifts and aerial lifts, as well as incidents involving falling or shifting cargo from trailers.  He has also given trial, deposition, and arbitration testimony in state and federal courts.

Mr. Inendino has completed vehicular accident reconstruction analyses for all types of vehicles, including passenger vehicles, commercial tractor/trailers, slow-moving (agricultural) vehicles, material handling equipment, and construction equipment.  He has also analyzed pedestrian accidents and bicycle and motorcycle collisions.  He has received formal training in imaging and analyzing electronic data from vehicles.  Mr. Inendino evaluates traffic signal timing relating to intersection collisions.

Mr. Inendino has published and presented several research articles through the Society of Automotive Engineers and other organizations on topics ranging from the modeling of brake fade in commercial vehicles and the validation of simulation software for commercial vehicles to the effects of airflow from vehicles on the stability of pedestrians. His graduate school research focus was on the design and modeling of on-highway truck seats.  He holds a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).  Also, Mr. Inendino is a Certified Forklift and Aerial Lift Operator and has experience with warehouse storage, loading dock, and forklift and aerial lift safe operating procedures.
