BACKGROUND:

Along with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Ross Kimble is a registered professional engineer in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, and Tennessee with over 25 years of design, construction, and forensic engineering experience.

He has managed construction projects from pre-construction planning through project close-out, working in varied roles. He has experience in commercial and industrial construction cost estimating, value engineering, contract administration, budgeting, construction site management, document control, and resolution of various constructability issues.

Mr. Kimble’s experience includes over 10 years as a forensic engineer, during which time he has performed over 1,000 engineering evaluations related to the cause and origin of reported damage to structures and properties. Evaluations have included reported damage from hail, wind, fire, explosions, collapse, water intrusion, construction vibrations, differential foundation movement, and earthquakes. He has also provided engineering assessments related to alleged construction defects and premises liability evaluations, and he has provided verbal testimony in deposition, jury trial, and public hearing settings.
