Ms. Gloria Koehlinger holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She has over 16 years of experience in construction management, risk management, safety, project management, procurement, general contracting, quality control and assurance, scheduling, and estimating.

Ms. Koehlinger’s industry experience includes management of projects ranging from $1 million to $1 billion in design-build, residential, institutional, commercial, healthcare, office, higher education, K-12, industrial construction, and public and private projects. Her project-specific experience includes LEED credit tracking, punchlist completion, historic renovations and preservation, safety compliance, management of design and construction teams, labor productivity, schedule adherence and monitoring, subcontractor and contract management, estimating, pre-construction planning, and site preparation.

Ms. Koehlinger’s claims consulting experience includes matters involving delays, liquidated damages, extended general conditions, acceleration and mitigation, loss of productivity, entitlement and damages, risk assessments, subcontractor defaults, and construction defects in commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, office, institutional, entertainment and recreational facilities, and public and private projects. In particular, she has prepared, analyzed, and reviewed construction liability and damage claims, equitable adjustment claims, and insurance claims involving Subcontractor Default Insurance, Builder’s Risk, Commercial General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Professional Liability, and Business Interruption.
