As a Senior Consultant, Mr. Mark Liegey is responsible for cause and origin investigation and reporting on reported damage and defects to residential and commercial structures. Analysis includes conducting site investigations, code research, material research, report writing, and scope and cost repair estimating.

Additional experience includes premises liability investigations and reporting, as well as providing expert witness testimony in New York State proceedings. Mr. Liegey is certified with the English XL Variable Incidence Tribometer slip resistance meter.
