BACKGROUND:

Mr. John A. Rudisill is a building enclosure consultant who has accrued nearly 24 years of investigation, design review, and construction administration/QC inspection experience within the AEC industry. He began his career in 1999 working for a building enclosure consulting firm as an Associate responsible for field inspection services and assistant project management duties. He gradually worked his way through the ranks of the company until he assumed the role of Senior Vice President in 2019, taking full responsibility for business development and the development of strategic business initiatives for the new construction and redevelopment markets.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rudisill has provided consulting services to a wide array of clients within the architectural, engineering, and construction industries. Areas of focus comprise new construction, recladding of existing structures, building repositioning, and repair/renovation of existing building enclosure systems. Mr. Rudisill has also been heavily involved with energy conservation initiatives, most recently in helping clients develop long-term plans to address the impact of Local Law 97 on existing buildings in New York City. Specific building components and assemblies addressed by Mr. Rudisill include façade systems (curtainwalls, windows and window walls, prefabricated panel wall systems, rain-screen assemblies, etc.) roofing systems, foundation waterproofing, and general waterproofing details for the building envelope.

• BMSRT, Bachelor of Music w/ Sound Recording Technology: Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA (1993-1997)

• AWCI: Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS)
