Mrs. Amanda Sahin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.  She is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Delaware, Texas, Florida, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina with experience in site design, public utility design, pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure design, right-of-way management, construction project management, and program management.

Mrs. Sahin’s design experience includes civil site design for several commercial and residential projects. This includes roadway and parking lot grading, sanitary sewer, stormwater and potable water layouts, calculations, and designs.  She also has a project management and program management background on a broad range of construction projects and programs at the local and federal levels. Her project management experience includes pedestrian and bicycle facilities, roadways, public utilities, building maintenance, and new construction of government facilities.
