Mr. Robert Foster holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Bachelors of Science in Business with an emphasis in marketing from Colorado State University. He is a Colorado licensed attorney and experienced businessperson.

Mr. Foster is an experienced operations manager having managed multi-state operations with profit and loss responsibilities for all business decisions, including staffing selection, local policies, site selection and build-out planning/construction, implementation of corporate rebranding, pricing, promotions, training, safety and security, as well as competitive analysis and rationalization of underperforming businesses. He has been responsible for ensuring newly designed products and software were properly manufactured and brought to market on time and at controlled costs. Mr. Foster has also managed many aspects of enterprise information technology infrastructure hardware and software selection and implementation such as on-premises, IaaS, virtual desktop infrastructure, back-up and disaster recovery, co-location selection, and implementation and user support. He is well versed in many aspects of IT having been involved in litigation where IT and associated data were key pieces of evidence, as well as having negotiated countless Big-Tech contracts.
