Bradley Miller is a Central Region Property Division Manager in the Rimkus Little Rock office and a Professional Engineer licensed in eight states. He performs origin and cause investigations regarding damage to structures and foundations due to structural failures/collapse, soil movement, construction defects/disputes, explosions, vehicle impact, fires, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, hail, wind, impacts from fallen trees, and moisture intrusion. He is also a Certified Aquatic Facility Operator and has expertise regarding swimming pool operations, water chemistry, disinfection, and mechanical systems. Mr. Miller’s 14 years of industry experience include design, analysis, and investigation of various building types and materials such as concrete, steel, wood, masonry, and cold-formed steel. Daniel Henkel, Ph.D., P.E.

Dr. Daniel Henkel is a licensed Professional Metallurgical Engineer and an internationally-recognized materials scientist with more than 30 years of experience in metallurgical forensics. As a Principal Consultant, Dr. Henkel’s responsibilities include identifying the root cause of product, structure, and equipment failures. He has obtained four patents; authored numerous publications, including the textbook Structures and Properties of Engineering Materials; and taught graduate courses in applied science. He won the prestigious Engineering Materials Achievement Award and is an elected Fellow of ASM International. Dr. Henkel also works with the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-wave Observatory (LIGO) team, which received the 2017 Nobel Prize in Physics and is sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF), leading materials design for next-generation gravitational wave detection. Dr. Henkel earned a Doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering and a Master’s degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, both from Lehigh University. Based in San Antonio, Erik Valle is a Rimkus Construction Consultant and a licensed Civil Engineer in Texas. Kelly Krieg is a Senior Property Consultant in the Rimkus Pittsburgh office and a Professional Engineer licensed in Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. She is responsible for the forensic investigation and analysis of commercial and residential structural concerns, failures, and moisture intrusion issues. With a background in Architectural Engineering and an emphasis in structures, Ms. Krieg has extensive experience in structural engineering, building science, materials science, building enclosures, and enclosure materials. Paul Marsenison is a Construction Division Manager based in the Rimkus Fort Lauderdale office. He is a Professional Engineer licensed in the District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina, and a Certified General Contractor in Florida. He has more than 20 years of experience with field engineering and construction projects, including structural design, project management, safety code implementation, and estimation for new construction and repairs. Mr. Marsenison’s extensive forensic background includes but is not limited to the evaluation of structural damages related to fires, hurricanes, and winds, as well as flooring failures, building settlement and collapses, moisture intrusions, vehicle impacts, and materials failures.
