Ms. Leslie Gould graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute. She is a registered Professional Engineer, certified Mechanical Plans Examiner, certified Commercial Mechanical Inspector, certified Plumbing Plans Examiner, and certified Commercial Plumbing Inspector.

Ms. Gould’s professional background consists of more than 20 years of experience in the manufacture, construction, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. She possesses broad experience in facility types and building system design, including air handling, ductwork, direct expansion systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, piping, energy recovery, desiccant drying, plumbing, and fuel gas. She specializes in building system evaluation, code review, and accessibility review.
