In his role as CCO, Eric is focused on expanding the value we offer to our clients, driving market leadership and growth, and implementing industry-leading go-to-market strategies.
Eric’s dedication to maintaining a competitive edge, delivering outstanding service, and cultivating talent is central to our mission going forward.
Prior to Rimkus, Eric led McKinsey & Company’s North American Industrial Services Practice, where he specialized in value creation for industrial clients while leading a team of 300 consultants.
Eric has a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Princeton University. This technical expertise, combined with his commitment to organizational and people development is a cultural match that aligns seamlessly with Rimkus’ values.
