Mr. Parker Jamail holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering and is certified as an Engineer in Training (EIT). He has experience in construction management, safety, project management, residential development, general contracting, scheduling, estimating, schedule and delay analysis, and claims analysis.

Mr. Jamail’s industry experience includes the management of multi-million-dollar residential development projects throughout central Texas, as well as some K-12 private projects. His project-specific experience includes project management, subcontractor and contract management, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and site management.

Mr. Jamail’s claims consulting experience includes matters involving loss of productivity/profits, extended general conditions, delays, liquidated damages, acceleration, and subcontractor defaults. He has experience in construction defects in commercial and residential private projects. He also has experience analyzing and summarizing findings and presenting concise summaries of damages to clients.
