Background

Mr. Lee is a 2014 engineering graduate from Gonzaga University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management with a concentration in Civil Engineering and a minor in General Business.  He is a licensed Engineer in the state of Washington with experience in civil engineering design, project management, and construction documentation in the states of Hawaii and Washington.

Mr. Lee’s experience exposed him to the vast process of both land and site development from due-diligence studies, through site planning and site design, to construction support and services.  He has worked on a variety of projects ranging from thousands of square feet to tens of acres, from private residential, commercial, and industrial developments to public roads and facilities developments.  The multitude of projects allowed him to gain extensive knowledge in site design & infrastructure improvements which included utility layout, stormwater management, temporary erosion and sediment control (TESC), site grading, pavement, parking lot and road design, and traffic control planning.  Mr. Lee has knowledge and experience in site assessments and evaluation, project management, and multi-discipline coordination efforts.

He has conducted various degrees of analyses which include hydrologic, hydraulic, septic, and environmental and has compiled technical information reports for permitting purposes.  These reports include stormwater drainage reports, construction stormwater pollution and prevention plans (CSWPPP), and others.  Because of his experience, Mr. Lee is extremely familiar with typical civil engineering practices and standards such as the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), common Best Management Practices (BMPs) for TESC and stormwater management, the Clean Water Act, and various local government standards.
