Mr. Mulcahy earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Mulcahy has extensive experience with a wide variety of land development and transportation projects for industrial, commercial, county, and state agency clients in the public and private sector. He is especially knowledgeable in the areas of highway design, parking lot layout, ADA analysis, grading, earthwork analysis, utilities, traffic control/maintenance and protection of traffic, drainage, and stormwater management systems. Mr. Mulcahy has been responsible for many aspects of project development throughout the design process including due diligence, conceptual planning, preliminary engineering, final design, cost estimation, permitting, construction administration, and project closeout. Additionally, Mr. Mulcahy has overseen design and construction of many facility improvements such as building demolition, new building construction, mechanical/HVAC renovations, and parking lot lighting installations.

As a forensic engineer, Mr. Mulcahy applies his extensive site development design and construction experience to the analysis and investigation of residential, commercial, and industrial site issues including foundation settlement investigations, grading and drainage evaluations, stormwater management system assessments, roofing installation and hail damage evaluations, moisture intrusion/water damage, vibration damage, storm-related damage, building code evaluations, and general construction defect determinations.
