Mr. Benjamin A. Delgado is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. He is an Engineering Intern (EI), professionally licensed in the state of Florida, and a remote pilot for small unmanned aircraft systems, authorized by the federal aviation administration and department of transportation.

Mr. Delgado has a professional background in structural engineering, construction, and building forensics with an emphasis on concrete high-rise structures. His construction experience has involved both new and existing buildings. He has identified building deficiencies, specified structural and waterproofing repair procedures, and managed largescale construction remediation projects working as an engineering consultant for condominium associations in the South Florida region.
