Mr. Baggaley holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering and construction management He’s a registered professional engineer (Civil) in Utah, Florida, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana and a licensed structural engineer in Utah.

Mr. Baggaley has worked for 20 years in structural design and evaluation of all types of structures including large commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings as well as smaller residential structures. He has also performed engineering design services on a wide type of materials including steel, concrete, masonry and wood. Projects include design of new and repair/rehabilitation of existing structures including multistory steel buildings, concrete parking garages, large institutional facilities, office and retail structures, concert halls and stadiums and historical structures.

In addition to Mr. Baggaley’s engineering experience, he has also worked in construction and property management. He has been a licensed residential contractor since 1994 and has designed, engineered and constructed several single-family homes and multi-family units.

Mr. Baggaley has also been a real estate investor and has owned and managed residential and commercial rental units since 1993. His experience gives him a unique perspective to address construction and premises liability issues from an engineering, construction, property manager and owner’s point of view.
