Mr. Ragsdale holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, an M.S. in Systems Engineering, and an MBA. He is also a registered engineering intern in the state of Arkansas.

He has broad, hands-on experience in carpentry, welding, machining, electrical wiring, and appliance repair. He also has over 14 years of experience in automotive repair and restoration and extensive knowledge of the electric utility industry.

As a forensic engineering associate, Mr. Ragsdale performs mechanical and electrical failure analysis on systems of all scopes and scales including appliances, industrial machinery, heavy construction, manufacturing equipment, automotive, and heavy-duty trucks.
