Caspar is a Commercial Manager and Chartered Construction Manager with over 20 years’ industry experience in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa, representing contractors, developers and consultants across a wide range of projects and contract delivery forms.

Caspar is a full member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is both a Registered Quantity Surveyor and a Registered Expert Witness. Caspar is also an Associate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Caspar specialises in the provision of expert commercial management services advising clients in the delivery of projects, ensuring commercial and contract success.

Caspar is highly competent in embedding into a project team on challenging projects and building strong relationships with the project management and delivery teams, whilst providing clear, independent and pragmatic commercial leadership.

Caspar has a can-do attitude, and his strong interpersonal skills allow him to manage and resolve commercial challenges both up and down the line.
