Mr. Christopher Corduan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in New York.

Mr. Corduan has more than 25 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate due diligence industry. His expertise includes the preparation of technical reports, report oversight, staff/vendor management, and the assessment of construction, renovation, and repair costs for properties nationwide. Prior to working in the Real Estate industry, Mr. Corduan performed traditional civil design services including geotechnical evaluations, foundation design, retaining wall design, dam rehabilitation, and watershed analysis. Mr. Corduan’s expertise also includes Project Management performing seismic upgrades and tenant improvements.
