Mr. Craig Brenner Corduan holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance degree and is a registered Architect in New York.

Mr. Brenner has more than 25 years of experience in the architectural, construction management, and commercial real estate due diligence industries. His expertise includes the preparation of technical reports, report oversight, quality control, and the assessment of construction, renovation, and repair costs for properties nationwide. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Mr. Brenner performed traditional architectural design services including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration on various project types including assisted living, hotels, ski resorts, office towers, and residential. Mr. Brenner’s expertise also includes construction management performing the day-to-day activities to complete large construction projects and manage tenant improvements.
