Mr. Roberts is an experienced civil/structural engineer with expertise in structural engineering (steel and concrete design), geotechnical engineering (foundation design and soil properties), land development (site design, drainage, and road layout), telecommunications, and project management. He has performed structural assessments of distressed and damaged buildings, evaluated and analyzed building failures, construction and vibration damage claims, water intrusions, and collapses. He has provided consultations for and assessments of building code compliance issues and premises liability cases, such as ADA, means of egress, as will as trip and fall and slip and fall evaluations. He is proficient in the use of computers for analysis, including computer-aided engineering design, graphics, and programming. Mr. Roberts has successfully completed courses in Level I Infrared thermography; residential and light commercial window and door installation; and is a certified English XL VIT user.

Mr. Roberts is experienced in the utilization and implementation of AISC, ACI, and several different building and land development codes.
