David J. Reese

Background

Mr. Reese holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a professional engineer in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is also LEED Accredited Professional.  

He has extensive industry experience in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) consulting engineering industry. His experience and industry knowledge cover over 36 years in areas of design, engineering, engineering management, project and construction management, Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) design and evaluation, scheduling, cost estimating and budget control, implementation of quality and control procedures, contract management, and commissioning. Types of projects range from office/retail type facilities to schools, restaurants, hospitals, industrial and bio-pharmaceutical facilities. Mr. Reese has been involved in all aspects of consulting engineering from project conception through post-construction services.     

As a forensic engineer, he investigates commercial, industrial and residential equipment and/or associated installations to determine the cause and origin of system performance issues and failures.
