Background

Ms. Ngudjiharto is a graduate of the Architectural and Building Engineering Technology Program of British Columbia Institute of Technology with a focus on Building Science. She holds a Master of Applied Science specializing in Building Engineering from Concordia University. Her experience incorporates a broad range of skills including design, project management, cost estimating, building, and site condition assessment.

Ms. Ngudjiharto’s past projects include commercial, multi-family residential, retail, educational, mixed-use buildings, and parking lots. She has experience with condition assessment, Depreciation Reports / Reserve Fund Studies, energy audit, aging-in-place assessments project coordination, leak investigation and remediation, and managing building enclosure remediation projects.
