Mr. Eric Belecanech holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Clemson University.

Mr. Belecanech has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate involving design, construction administration, operations and maintenance, property condition assessment, constructability reviews, and construction funding control. Early career experience involved traditional architecture and engineering firms in capacities ranging from intern Architect to Architectural Project Manager. Further experience was gained as an Owners Representative for operations, maintenance and repair, development, and construction of state government facilities. Recent experience includes Real Estate Consulting servicing clients utilizing commercial real estate in their investment and business strategies. Services provided range from Property Condition Assessments including ASTM E2018, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and bespoke Client standards for Commercial Real Estate acquisition and disposition, Plan and Cost Reviews, Monthly Construction Monitoring, hotel Property Improvement Plan (PIP) review and funding control, Lease-End property inspections for required repairs, and Marshall & Swift property valuations
