Mr. Andritsch holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, is a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Texas, and is a licensed remote drone pilot. He has a broad range of design and construction experience in the transportation industry on both public and private projects and hands-on experience in the residential and light commercial construction industry.

Mr. Andritsch has applied his design and construction expertise to projects ranging from small multi-use pathways to new major freeway corridors. His technical knowledge includes developing geometric designs, creating plans, estimating quantities and costs, and developing specifications for roadway and bridge projects. Mr. Andritsch has performed hydraulic designs of storm sewer systems, culverts, bridges, and FEMA floodplains using HEC-RAS and Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis. He is an expert user of Autodesk Civil 3D, creating complex corridor models, earthwork and grading surfaces, and plan documents. Mr. Andritsch has completed traffic control and management plans, erosion control plans, DOT reports, and utility/agency coordination.

His current work in the field of forensic engineering includes inspection and analysis of failures in civil/structural engineering related to commercial and residential properties. His assignments have included evaluations of structures for damage due to explosions, construction vibration, moisture intrusion source identification, construction defects, commercial and residential roofing evaluations, building envelope failures and deficiencies, and storm damage.
