Mr. Foster holds licenses as a Certified Fire Investigator (C.F.I.) through the International Association of Arson Investigators, A Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (C.F.E.I.) and a Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (C.V.F.I.) through the National Association of Fire Investigators. Mr. Foster’s professional career expands over 44 years of experience in the fire service as a Paramedic and Fire Officer and 10 years of law enforcement, and five years in the private fire and explosion investigations. Mr. Foster’s experiences and education encompasses the investigation of fire and explosion causation involving vehicles, marine vessels, motor homes, off-road equipment, Agricultural and Farm equipment, Industrial, Commercial and Residential structures.
