Background

Mr. Strano studied Architectural Engineering earning his Associate of Applied Science degree from the State University of New York at Alfred. Mr. Strano is certified in the Army Corp of Engineers Quality Control & Assurance program. He is a qualifying party for General Contractor licenses in Arizona and California.

Mr. Strano has over 28 years of extensive construction and General Contracting experience. He has served as a Field Supervisor, Project Manager, Cost Estimator, Director of Operations, Vice President, Principal, Managing Partner, and Owner of a variety of construction companies. As a General Contractor, Mr. Strano has experience in the planning, design, and construction of diverse projects including single- and multi-family residential, custom homes, hotels, data centers, restaurants, hospitals, schools, distribution facilities, and site developments. He is skilled in construction safety, quality control, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, contract management, and budget tracking and management.
