Mr. Jason Woodward received his Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design Engineering Technology and Associates degree in Construction Engineering Technology in 1995 from the University of Nebraska.
His experience and knowledge spans more than 28 years in the construction industry. His expertise includes: residential, multi-family, and commercial construction and contract management, project management, construction documentation, and estimating.
Mr. Woodward has extensive industry experience in residential construction, which includes the following: concrete masonry unit and cast-in-place concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, low-slope and steep-slope roof assemblies and coverings, masonry, siding, manufactured stone, windows, single-family home construction, and multi-family building construction. Also, he has extensive experience in commercial roofing, supervision, project management, material take-off, sub-contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and estimating.
His current work in the field of forensic engineering include: property damage investigation, construction defects, storm and catastrophe event damage assessment, fire damage, hail damage, wind damage, water intrusion, water and smoke damage, insurance claims, estimating, building code compliance, roof evaluations, construction observation/evaluation, and repair cost estimate/repair protocol evaluation and analysis.
