Mr. Albert is an accomplished hotel and condominium governance executive with 40+ years’ experience, including hotel, resort, condominium operations, strategic planning, new development planning, safety/security, quality assurance, and renovations. This vast experience includes management and tactical/strategic roles with extensive expertise in standard operating procedures, loss prevention, planning, development, delivery, renovations, and opening/operating hotels, resorts, timeshare, and condominium facilities.

Mr. Albert served as the Vice President of Operations for Marriott Vacation Club in Orlando, Florida, providing expertise in operations, safety procedures, planning, and delivery of resort lodging facilities including Ritz Carlton clubs and residences. He is an accomplished recognized authority in the areas of safe lodging operations, condominium association governance, business planning, new resort strategies, and tactics including facility planning for efficiencies and safety, financial planning/management, and drafting/negotiating appropriate operations related legal documentation for resort condominiums, timeshares, and joint ventures. His experience includes numerous successes with innovation of tracking Associate and Guest loss-related statistics and generating proactive training, education, and cultural awareness to prevent accidents (“what gets measured, gets done”). Mr. Albert has been a member of the American Resort Development Association for the past 15 years serving as an Executive Committee Member of the Political Action/Resort Owners Committee and as a member of the Resort Operations and Architecture/Construction Committees. He has conducted countless educational sessions for individuals and groups related to safe operational practices, specific operating procedures given the relevant legal documentation, brand standards, quality assurance, association governance, and capital planning procedures. Additionally, he is extremely well versed in planning, conducting, and documenting owners’ meetings and appropriate fiscal planning of associations.

Mr. Albert also has substantial knowledge in the areas of capital planning and renovations of resorts and condominium/timeshare associations. He was responsible for a program valued at +$500 million annually throughout 50+ projects at any given time. His experience of planning, loss prevention, and renovating hotels, condominiums, and timeshare facilities and associations is vast.
