Background

Mr. Zeirke is a licensed professional engineer in Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University and over 15 years of experience in product and system design and development. His expertise is in vehicle driveline systems and components, with additional experience in areas such as steering, brakes, seats, restraints, and cooling. He has vast experience in gear box noise, vibration and harshness, and management thereof.   

Mr. Zeirke’s experience includes deep understanding of component and system design and validation, including the effective use of analytical tools such as finite element analysis, and computational fluid dynamics.  His manufacturing experience includes metal casting, machining, injection molding, gear cutting & grinding, heat treatment and various assembly processes.  He has experience designing for manufacturing as well as developing tooling and processes to adapt to the needs of a given part. He has performed failure analysis on vehicle components and has utilized analytical and testing methods to evaluate risk.
