Mr. Hogue is a certified investigator of fire and explosions and a licensed private investigator. His professional career has spanned over 28 years as a fire investigator, law enforcement officer, fire code inspector and plans reviewer, Urban Search and Rescue technician, hazardous materials technician, fire captain/EMT, and a member of the bomb squad.

Mr. Hogue has investigated and determined the origin and cause of over 400 fires and explosions in various areas, including commercial structures, multi-family and single-dwellings, residential, commercial, passenger vehicles, and fatalities.

Mr. Hogue has completed numerous seminars and continuing education in the field of fire and explosive investigations and taught numerous classes for the Arkansas Fire Academy and local EMT association.

His forensic expertise extends to commercial and residential fire investigations, post-blast investigations, vehicular fire investigations, and fire investigations. His professional experience includes work as a fire investigator/inspector, hazardous materials technician, and USAR technician with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Fire Department. He also served as a fire captain and training officer with the City of Sherwood Arkansas. He still serves as the rescue manager for Central Arkansas Task Force One and a reserve law enforcement officer with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Mr. Hogue is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators and a Certified Evidence Collection Technician through the International Association of Arson Investigators. He is a certified post-blast technician through the Federal Bureau of Investigations and responds to situations statewide.
