Background

Along with a B.S. degree in Operations Management, Mr. Reeves has over 30 years of diverse experience in construction and engineering scheduling, claims mitigation, delay and productivity measurement, and construction estimating.  

His industry knowledge covers matters pertaining to engineering, procurement, and construction including the issues related to delay claims such as differing site conditions, productivity losses, business disruption claims, budget analysis, and the delineation and apportionment of delays. 

Mr. Reeves has quantified project delays, assigning percent liability for those delays, analyzed cost overruns, and refined methods to determine percentage of completion based on work accomplished.  This is in addition to the basic critical path schedule analysis related to the quantification and delineating of the schedule data for the resolution of complex business dispute prevention and mitigation. He has performed detailed analyses, as well as contractor means and methods in both pre-litigation settlement negotiations and the formal dispute resolution process.
