
BACKGROUND:
Mr. Jonathan Koller holds a B.S. degree and M.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer in Michigan, Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
Mr. Koller was a licensed general contractor in Michigan while assisting in the renovation of a 20-unit, 100-year-old townhouse complex. In that role, he was responsible for the evaluation, design, budgeting, permitting, contract management, supervision, quality assurance, and project financing. His experience and industry knowledge cover more than 15 years in areas of design, engineering, procurement, project and construction management, structural analysis, scheduling, cost estimating, budget control, construction claims and defects, premises liability, development and implementation of quality and control procedures, contract management, and the investigation, repair, and renovation of in the residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
During his time at Rimkus, he has specialized in the evaluation of construction defects on a wide variety of commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects and advised clients facing construction injury claims stemming from violations of both the specific and general duty OSHA requirements.
