Background

Mr. Sneiderwine holds an A.A.S. in Fire Science and is currently pursuing an A.A.S. in Criminal Justice. He is a Certified Fire Investigator and Evidence Collection Technician through the International Association of Arson Investigators. He is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and a Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. Through the State of Indiana, he is certified as a Firefighter I/II, Advanced EMT, Fire Officer I/II, Instructor II/III, Safety Officer, Vehicle and Machinery Rescue Technician, and Hazardous Materials Technician.

Mr. Sneiderwine has been a firefighter since 1990. He started out as a volunteer/paid-on-call firefighter, and then in 1995 transitioned to a career firefighter. He began investigating fires in 1993.

As a forensic fire investigator, Mr. Sneiderwine is responsible for residential, commercial, and vehicle fire/explosion origin and cause investigations. These investigations may lead to criminal or subrogation litigation where he would be required to testify in court.
