Background

Mr. Tipton holds a B.S. degree in  Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas. He has extensive experience in providing civil and structural evaluations for residential and commercial properties. He has performed analysis of foundations, structural framing, and construction materials. 

Mr. Tipton has experience pertaining to the design, construction, and renovations of roads, highways, bridges, cooling towers, circulating water systems, structural concrete, and underground utilities. Mr. Tipton has provided analysis of highway construction, traffic control plans, roadway design, cooling towers, industrial chimneys, power plant infrastructure, and the evaluations of construction methods and construction equipment.

As a forensic engineer, Mr. Tipton has provided engineering evaluations to determine the cause or causes of foundation movement, structural failures, and damage assessments caused by high winds, moisture infiltration, plumbing leaks, flood water, explosions, fires, and other natural causes.
