Mr. Booth holds B.S. and M.A. degrees in Agriculture with an emphasis in Agricultural Mechanization. He has held teaching certificates in vocational agriculture, farm power and machinery, and ornamental horticulture. He is currently a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and a Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator with the National Association of Fire Investigators.

Mr. Booth has extensive experience in heavy equipment failure and accident analysis, equipment systems diagnosis and troubleshooting, repair cost estimation, equipment maintenance management, resolution of performance and reliability issues with dealers and manufacturers, dealer service operations and accounting, equipment rental service, and warranty administration at both the manufacturer and dealer levels. Implemented business operating systems and upgrades multiple times over a 25-year period.

He also has substantial experience in heavy equipment fire cause analysis, training, and employee development. His areas of expertise are in heavy equipment failure and accident investigation, heavy equipment fire cause analysis, repair cost estimation, repair cost analysis, and equipment management.

As a forensic consultant, his career has been exclusively focused on issues pertaining to the operation, service, repair, rental, and design improvement of construction, agricultural, forestry, material handling, and manufacturing equipment and attachments.
