Marvin L. Miller

Mr. Miller holds a B.S. degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Georgia and is a registered professional civil engineer in Texas, Minnesota, and Georgia. He has extensive experience in the design, construction, and facilities management industry. He is a Senior Project Manager with 30 years’ experience delivering critical construction projects and managing facility services to both commercial and government clients. He most recently served as the Public Works Director for DynCorp International at Kwajalein in the Marshal Islands. He has successfully delivered a wide range of projects from small, less than $10 million, quick-turn projects to large, multi-year and multi-discipline projects up to $160 million in value.
He has served many roles and has a diverse background with expertise in vertical and horizontal construction, change order management, emergency response to natural disasters, horizontal concrete construction, water and sewage system construction, and large facility maintenance plans, construction quality control.
Mr. Miller is experienced in situations involving building code compliance, construction defects, foundation failures and repairs, design and construction contractual disputes, schedule delay impact, building-related water intrusion, roof damage and repairs, storm damage to structures, flooring damage, and drainage problems.
He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers.
