Background

Mr. Matthew Donley is a graduate from the University of Colorado School of Arts and Sciences where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Mr. Donley has broad and diverse experience in all phases of restoration contracting an insurance claim handling. His experience includes structures damaged by fire, flood, collapse, vandalism, vehicle impact, wind damage, and construction defect. Mr. Donley has been employed as a project manager for the evaluation and reconstruction of single-family, multi-family, multi-story office, apartment buildings, and government facilities. He has taken projects through every phase of reconstruction from damage assessment to obtaining the certificate of occupancy. Additionally, he is highly skilled at dispute resolution and conflict management.

Mr. Donley has inspected a multitude of damaged structures and facilities as an adjuster and restoration contractor. He excels in completing detailed take-offs on location and from building plans. He has completed innumerable scopes and estimates used for reconstruction and settlements of residential, commercial, Native American, and government construction projects. He is adept at handling the relationships of all parties involved in claim investigations and damage evaluations inclusive of adjusters, architects, engineers, building officials, contractors, vendors, property managers, and owners. He has overseen destructive testing on residential, commercial, and government properties. He is experienced in dealing with depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
