Mr. Cook holds a B.S. and Masters in Civil Engineering with a focus in structural engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

With over 13 years of experience, he specializes in architectural/structural engineering with an emphasis on design, construction, and performance evaluation of commercial buildings, heavy industrial, and power generation facilities.
