Ms. Niamh Ní Chróinín received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and went on to receive her master’s degree in construction law and dispute resolution from Kings College London. She is a chartered civil engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers and a chartered quantity surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Ms. Ní Chróinín has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry and specializes in delay, disruption, productivity analysis, project management, contract management, procurement, bid management, dispute resolution, and design management. She also provides risk monitoring and project management services for ongoing projects to prevent or limit delay and/or commercial exposure.

In recent years, Ms. Ní Chróinín has been a scheduling and productivity lecturer for the Osgoode School of Construction Law, Certificate Program and a guest lecturer at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). She was the Canadian Prairies representative for the Institution of Civil Engineers and a member of its Americas Committee. Niamh is currently the Membership Board Director for the Society of Construction Law North America.
