Mr. Garza is an engineering graduate from Texas A&M University - Kingsville with a background in civil/structural design/engineering, inspection, and construction administration for industrial/oil refining/chemical facilities, marine and waterfront facilities, and municipal/commercial facilities.

Mr. Garza has designed commercial, industrial, and marine structures, as well as, minor roadway projects. His experience includes the design, evaluation, and/or modification/addition of: steel canopies and buildings, ADA sidewalks and ramps, grading and drainage, building expansion, various steel support structures (pipes, silos, pumps and mechanical equipment), concrete and steel foundations, simple and complex concrete structures (underground, desalination and intake structures), steel/concrete waterfront structures (docks, bulkheads, breasting structures, mooring structures, shoreline protection and bollards/kevels).

Mr. Garza has been involved in all aspects of planning, permitting, design/engineering (using all applicable codes and regulations), estimating, and inspections during construction for a varied range of projects. 

Mr. Garza has extensive experience evaluating residential and commercial structural damage caused by storm, fire, vibration and other perils. Mr. Garza can also assist in determining sources of moisture intrusion to residential and commercial buildings.
