Philip C. Luke

Background

Mr. Luke has a bachelor degree from the University of Idaho (1982) and a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  He is a licensed Professional (1984) and Structural Engineer (1989) in California.  He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers, Structural Engineer Association of California, International Code Council, and American Institute of Steel Construction.    

He has diverse experience in the design and evaluation of over 1,000 buildings and structures, including single-family and multi-family residences, custom homes, apartments, mixed-use high-rise buildings, medical offices, schools, water-treatment structures, oil refining structures, light-industrial manufacturing buildings, heavy mining structures, automotive manufacturing plants, park structures and sporting facilities.

He has also worked with attorneys and insurance companies to resolve legal disputes.  With more than 33 years of diverse structural engineering design, inspection and investigation experience, Mr. Luke brings a well-rounded background to the practice of investigative and restorative structural engineering.
