Background

Mr. Porter Morgan earned his B.S. degree in Physics (concentration in Astrophysics) from Clemson University and is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).

Mr. Morgan has over 30 years of experience as an environmental consultant specializing in performing ASTM-compliant environmental site assessments (ESAs) (Phase I and Phase II) and project management. Project responsibilities have included regulatory interpretation; subsurface investigations and remediation; underground storage tank (UST) removal oversight; Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) rules; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) evaluations; management of hazardous wastes; and preparation and review of technical reports. Mr. Morgan’s experience also includes sample collection and assessment of asbestos-containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), apparent fungal growth (AFG), and radon.
