Mr. Schenone has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil engineering from the University of
Notre Dame, with an emphasis in Structural engineering. He has over 12 years of structural
engineering experience with a diverse project profile that includes museums, high-rises,
condominiums, distribution centers, historic estates, schools, medical facilities, and power
plants, with particular focus on construction and design in high-wind/hurricane zones and high-seismic (earthquake) zones.

Additionally, Mr. Schenone’s experience extends to project management, permitting, peer
reviews, field inspections, quality control, procurement support, and budget control, as well as
experience with evaluation of existing structures, repair projects, additions, renovations, and
component engineering (windows, doors, equipment supports, etc.). In California, Mr. Schenone
has worked on projects under the rigorous jurisdiction of Division of State Architect (DSA) and
the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD).
