
BACKGROUND:
Over 30 years of experience in charge of large design and construction portfolios that have included exterior and interior reconstruction and rehabilitation, historic preservation, and new construction of residential and office buildings, cultural institutions, healthcare facilities, homeless shelters, animal clinics, zoo and aquarium exhibits, and animal hospitals and adoption centers.
Experience also includes managing high-priority portfolios such as emergency façade stabilization and reconstruction for Bellevue Man’s Shelter; 280 Broadway; the 42nd Street Central Library (NYPL); the design and construction of the headquarters of several New York City (NYC) agencies, such as the Landmark Preservation Commission, the Department for the Aging, the Department of Veteran Affairs, the Mayor’s Office of Construction Services, and the Department of Youth and Community Development; the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture (NYPL); 253 Broadway; 100 Gold Street; and many branch libraries in NYC.
