Mr. Rothstein earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in the Structural Engineering, Mechanics and Materials Program, from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Rothstein is a registered professional engineer with experience in the structural analysis, design, and investigation of buildings and other structures. He has extensive experience in structural analysis of existing structures where field investigation of existing conditions, analysis of existing capacity, and design of repairs/alterations are required.
