Mr. Tuskan holds a Master of Technology degree in Industrial Technology from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Arizona State University, and an Associate degree in Engineering Science from Glendale Community College.
Mr. Tuskan has over 30 years’ experience in the transportation industry. He has a wide range of knowledge gained through positions in fleet operations, manufacturing, and forensic consulting. He specializes in the investigation, analysis, and reconstruction of vehicular incidents involving passenger vehicles, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, pedestrians, and bicycles. His range of expertise also includes construction, agriculture, industrial, and specialized vehicles and equipment.
Mr. Tuskan has applied his experience, education, and training to incidents involving collisions, fire, maintenance, warnings and instructions, certification of vehicle components, static, dynamic and durability testing. Mr. Tuskan is familiar with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Standards, and Industry Practices within the transportation industry. He has testified as an expert witness in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
