Mr. Eldredge holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology and a master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures. He is a registered professional engineer in multiple states, with experience in structural analysis and design, project management, construction administration, property condition assessments, and forensic engineering.
As a structural engineer, Mr. Eldredge has experience designing, detailing, analyzing, and overseeing construction of steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, aluminum, and wood-framed structures in a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, educational, transportation, flood protection, and power generation. He performs a broad range of inspections and cause and origin analyses of storm-related damage, structural fire damage, water damage, construction defects and accidents, design defects, and building code evaluations.
