Mr. Li received his Master’s in Environmental Science and Engineering degree from Clarkson University, his Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering degree from University of Jinan (in China), and his Bachelor’s in Environmental Science degree from Troy University. He is an American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and a Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) Certified Safety Professional (CSP).

Mr. Li has over nine years’ experience in hazardous building materials investigations (e.g. asbestos, lead containing paint, PCB containing materials, etc.), Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) investigations, Personal Air Monitoring for airborne heavy metals (such as lead, arsenic, cadmium) for OSHA compliance, Confined Space Entry, developing/reviewing Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Health & Safety Plan (HASP), risk assessment for lead in residential homes, and hazardous materials remediation oversight.
